Terms of service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Denominator is a free app made by an independent developer. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.
Using the app
- Denominator is free for personal use. Use it lawfully and don't try to break, overload or misuse its cloud service.
- You are responsible for what you save in it and for keeping your phone and Google account secure.
- You must be at least 13 to use Denominator. The AI features use Google Gemini, whose own terms may require you to be 18 or older.
AI features
Notes, diagrams, plans and assistant replies are made by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. Your use of Gemini with your own API key is also covered by Google's Gemini API terms.
Your content
What you save stays yours. We only store and process it to run the app, as described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it. Keep a backup of anything important (Settings → Backup).
Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms; changes are posted on this page with a new date. You can stop using Denominator at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
