Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Denominator is built to keep your data on your phone. This page explains what the app uses, where it goes, and how to delete it.

What stays on your phone

Signing in and sync (optional)

If you sign in with Google, the app receives your name, email address and a user ID from Google. These are used only to identify your account. When signed in, your tasks, notes, projects and app settings are copied to our cloud database (hosted by Supabase) so they appear on your other devices. Only your account can read them.

AI features

Making notes, diagrams, translations, plans and assistant replies uses Google Gemini with an API key you add yourself. When you use these features, the content involved (for example the link, text or photo you shared, or your tasks for the day) is sent to Google to produce the result. Google's handling of that data is described in the Gemini API terms. On Google's free tier, Google may use this content to improve its products, so avoid sending anything private.

Claude connector (optional)

If you connect Denominator to Claude, Claude can read and change your synced tasks, notes and projects when you ask it to. You can disconnect at any time in Claude's settings.

Crash reports

If the app crashes while you are signed in, a short technical report (the error and the app version) is sent with your next sync to help fix bugs. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy.

What we never do

Deleting your data

You can delete any task or note in the app, and uninstalling removes everything stored on your phone. To delete your account and all your synced data from our cloud, email ahmadintisar270@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days.

Children

Denominator is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
